Food is amazing. If you are hungry for a great breakfast/brunch you have to try this place, specially the cinnamon bun!! Service is top notch. Linsey was our waitress and she is awesome , even tho the other waitresses kept coming and checking on us as well. I love supporting small business and this is a great one!! Thank you!!

Amazing is the word. The service was friendly and prompt. But the FOOD was, rightly, the star. The home fries were delicious and the the muffin- sized cinnamon rolls were heavenly. One of us had the Lorraine omlette. Delish! Another had the Tostada omlette but wasn't as impressed. Salt helped. And I had two eggs over medium - done right. The orange poppyseed pancakes were also delicious. Make sure to top something with their homemade JAM!

Busy at 9 on a rainy Tuesday. Seated shortly and ordered. Everything with eggs is $2 up charge! 3 omelettes were pretty good. Muffins were great as always and not too big or gooey. Corned beef hash and eggs was ok. Hash kinda flavorless but they brought some salsa. I ordered the eggs poached, but they came in a soup cup! I fished them out and had them on top of the hash with the English muffins. A little bit weird but was ok overall. $120 breakfast for 4 with tip.

Linda's Seabreeze Cafe is a great local spot in Santa Cruz! Cash only, but they do have an ATM inside if you forgot to get some before heading over. No reservations but when you arrive you can put your name on the paper mist and preference for inside vs. patio seating. Plenty of parking on the street and a parking lot in the back. Loved how accessible it was! We really enjoyed their specials and ordered the chicken apple sausage and eggs and the Cajun scramble. One of the best things is being able to order a cinnamon roll instead of toast! Love the homemade cinnamon rolls and just how buttery and flavorful they are. Truly a great little spot with tasty food! Also, try their house hot sauce. Tasty!

Portions really are huge. Took my sister's family out to brunch and the wait wasn't bad for Sun at 1130. Maybe 20m. All the food we got is pretty solid. I had the blueberry pancakes. They weren't the best pancakes I've ever had but solid. Everybody else loved the food. Service is really excellent, my coffee cup never stayed empty and the coffee here is really quite good. I drink it straight also.

The 4.5 yelp star average for over 1.4k reviews don't lie! Linda's has been on my radar since I've been a UCSC alumni and I finally made it here for a birthday brunch with my hubz and baby boy many years post-grad. From the start the service was 5 stars! We were offered a spacious corner round table that accommodated our little family, a variety of tasty menu options and specials (even vegan ones), and I got a complimentary birthday cinnamon roll, which was one of the best I've had and it didn't even have frosting! It had all the warm, cinnamon-y, buttery yumminess that I crave. The corned beef hash and eggs were amazing and they even had a tasty vegan option (tofu curry scramble and potatoes) with the stamp of approval from hubz. Our server even brought out house-made hot sauce, a nice touch. Ambiance is like you're in a cozy open home and they have ample patio seating. I wish they were closer to me - I'd be there every day! I still regret not taking some cinnamon rolls home with me.

The restaurant has a new owner, but it is still the GOAT. I was at Linda's in August 2024 and enjoyed a breakfast of corned beef hash and eggs with a cinnamon roll on the side. It was delicious. Service is still excellent and we love the ambiance. If there is a line, there is a good reason! Best breakfast in Santa Cruz.

Lovely local spot. ~15 minute wait for 4 at 1:10pm. We were one of the last tables sat for lunch/brunch. $68.21 total before tips for 3 entrees, pancakes, a side of fries, and two additional cinnamon rolls to go. Super affordable. The staff is super friendly! They all just have a genuinely warm vibe. Very family-friendly. Our kids were immediately crayons and a kid's menu to color on. Pro-tip: You can get half fruit, half home fries for your side! * Corned Beef Hash + Eggs (Special, $16.95) - 4 stars Greasy, salty, tasty, and really hit the spot. Had a great crisp to it. * Greek Scramble ($16.50) - 4 stars Eggs were a great texture, soft and moist. Homefries were great, lots of flavor and crisp. Fruits were generic. * Buttermilk pancakes (three for $10.50) - 3.5 stars Good, moist and soft. Kids enjoyed it. * Side of fries - 4 stars These look bland and generic, but they were surprisingly good, with a nice fresh crisp, soft on the inside. Plus you get a giant plate. * Cinnamon roll ($4.50) - 4.5 stars Honestly they could charge twice as much for this and get away with it. I didn't know cinnamon rolls could taste this great! Moist, soft, and lovely rich flavor. * Pumpkin muffin ($4.50) - 3.5 stars Decent muffin, a tad on the dry side (I personally just like softer muffins). Not a super strong pumpkin flavor.
